How does it work?
Anyone (from Portugal and from other countries) can participate, either individually or as part of a team (extra points for team applications though). This is a 3-step process: Memo / Demo / MVP.
How will the submitted MVPs be evaluated?

We are keen to understand your idea or project with your own words and your own flow. Tell us how you got this idea, was it a customer project? A discussion with a colleague or partner? An event you attended? A book you’ve read? Just a light bulb moment?
Tell us why you think it might be a good idea/project, describe the problem it solves (the “jobs to be done”), or the usage it creates. Tell us a story, this is much more powerful than a long list of bullet points.
Beware! For a 3-page memo to be catchy and relevant, you will probably write a much longer version in the first place, then improve it regularly by making it sharper, clearer, shorter. You don’t want to wait for the last minute to start writing up.
At this stage, we do not expect a full market survey or a comprehensive competitive landscape. It is OK not to know or even understand the potential market of your idea/project. At this stage, it is what it is: just an idea/project. If the panel sees interest in this idea/project, you will get time to deep dive and better understand everything you don’t know yet about your project.
Don’t be shy to put forward an idea that is not fully thought through yet.
Good luck!
